A New York thug is seduced by the power of the Gambino crime family. But when they turn on him, he must choose between being hunted by the Mob or working with the authorities. The “Cosa Nostra” and its cold-blooded machinations exerted an extreme attraction on many young people in New York in the 80s. One of them was 17-year-old Andrew DiDonato. At that time he earns his money as a small street gangster and dreams of being included in the elite circle of the mafia. These criminals are his great role models, to whom he has the utmost respect. In order to belong to their sworn community, he is also willing to kill. And it doesn't take long for DiDonato to get his chance. His ice-cold and fearless personality gives him a great reputation in the criminal unit, but then there is a sudden rupture. When Andrew DiDonato puts his own interests ahead of “family's,” he breaks an unwritten rule of the organization. From now on he is not only hunted by the FBI, but also by his former mafia friends. This documentary reconstructs the case using police reports and statements from former Cosa Nostra members.
