Gareth Wyn Jones visits butcher Ieuan Edwards' factory to find out what it is like working with big business and even tries his hand making a sausage or two. The farmer also explores the price war on milk, while retail giant Tesco agrees to let him track one of its products from supplier to store, so he hits the road to follow the supermarket supply chain.
