Topical Productions Glasgow - St. Kilda Britain's Loneliest Isle (1928)

This is a documentary about the journey from Glasgow to the island of St. Kilda, the most isolated of the Hebrides, and the people's lives there, shot between 1923 and 1928.

After having been continuosly inhabited for at least 2000 years, the island was abandoned in 1930.
